Privacy Policy

STRATOS Digital Commerce Corp. (“STRATOS”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-driven e‑commerce and brand growth company based in Imus City, Cavite, Philippines. We run this website, www.stratosdigitalcorp.com (the “site”).

For the personal information described in this policy, STRATOS is the personal information controller under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the “Data Privacy Act”), and its implementing rules and regulations.

This policy covers this site only. Our product apps are separate applications with their own notices. See Our product apps and other websites below.

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us. The one place this site asks for it is our inquiry form, which appears on our Get started and Contact pages. Job applications work differently: see Job applications below.

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your mobile number
• What you would like to talk about, for example growing your brand with STRATOS, becoming an Advertiser Partner (APOS), joining Sphere Academy, or a system like Stratos Core
• Your brand, company or business name and your role, if you choose to share them
• Depending on your interest, where your brand sells today (for brand growth inquiries, if you choose to answer), your approximate monthly ad spend (for APOS) or your current marketing experience (for Sphere Academy)
• Your message
• Your confirmation that you consent to this policy

Details sent automatically with the form

• The address of the page you sent the form from, including any link details such as which program you clicked through from
• Your browser’s user agent, a short line of text that describes your browser and device type
• The date and time we received your inquiry

Technical data handled by our hosting provider

Like most websites, this site’s hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, health information, or bank or card details, in the form. We do not need it to reply to you.

Job applications do not go through the inquiry form on this site. To apply, you submit our application form (opens in new tab) first, then email your resume or portfolio to careers.stratos@gmail.com.

The application form is a Google Form and our careers inbox is a Gmail address, so Google also processes what you send there. The Google Privacy Policy (opens in new tab) and Google’s terms apply to the form itself.

We use your application only to review it and to contact you about it, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that or the law requires. The rights below apply to it too.

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it. That includes:

• replying to you by email, phone or text message;
• talking with you about growing your brand with STRATOS, the Advertiser Partner program, a Sphere Academy batch, or a system like Stratos Core, depending on what you asked about;
• if you apply to join the STRATOS team, reviewing your application and contacting you about it;
• keeping a record of our conversation so we can pick up where we left off; and
• spotting and blocking spam or misuse of the form. The page address and user agent help with this, and the form also runs a quick automatic check for bots that is not stored.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We process your information on these grounds under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act:

• Your consent, which you give when you confirm it on the form and send your inquiry; and
• Steps you ask us to take before an agreement, such as discussing brand growth services, a partnership, an enrollment, a job application or a project with you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@stratosdigitalcorp.com. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did with your information before then.

Inquiries are stored in a database run by Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Job applications are kept in our application form and careers inbox, run by Google. These service providers process information on our behalf so we can run the site and keep your inquiry or application. Their servers may be located outside the Philippines.

When your information is processed outside the Philippines, we remain responsible for it under the Data Privacy Act, and we use providers that maintain recognized security practices.

We share your information only:

• with STRATOS team members who need it to respond to you;
• with the service providers named above, only so they can host the site and store inquiries and job applications for us;
• when the law, a regulator, or a lawful order of a court or government agency requires it; or
• with anyone else only if you ask us to or agree to it.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

We keep inquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, or for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them or anonymize them so they no longer identify you.

If you go on to become a partner, a Sphere Academy student, a client or a member of the STRATOS team, details from your inquiry or application may become part of that relationship. They will then be handled under the terms that apply to it.

We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this site, a website that can only add new inquiries to our database and cannot read them back, and access to inquiry records limited to authorized team members.

No website or database is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a personal data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission when the law requires it.

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Our Contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When that page loads the map, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy (opens in new tab).

If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy before we do, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be informed about whether and how your personal information is processed;
• access the personal information we hold about you;
• object to processing, including by withdrawing your consent;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• have your information erased or blocked in the cases the law allows, for example when it is no longer needed or was obtained unlawfully;
• get a copy of your information in a commonly used electronic format (data portability);
• be compensated for damages caused by inaccurate, false or unlawfully obtained information, or by unauthorized use of your information; and
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To use any of these rights, email hello@stratosdigitalcorp.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request.

This site links to our product apps. Each one is a separate application on its own web address and is covered by its own privacy notice and terms, not by this policy:

This site is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you send us any personal information.

We may update this policy when our site or our practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you or ask for your consent where the law requires it.
