These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of www.stratosdigitalcorp.com (the “site”), which is operated by STRATOS Digital Commerce Corp. (“STRATOS”, “we”, “us”), an AI-driven e‑commerce and brand growth company based in Imus City, Cavite, Philippines.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site gives general information about STRATOS, our services, our products (Stratos Core, APOS, and Sphere Academy) and our programs, and lets you send us an inquiry.

We may change, add or remove content at any time. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract or a guarantee unless we say so in a separate written agreement.

You may use the site for lawful personal and business purposes. When you use it, you agree not to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• send false information, spam, or unlawful, harmful or offensive content through the inquiry form;
• try to access any part of the site, our systems or our product apps that you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, for example by uploading malware or flooding it with automated requests;
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk; or
• pretend to be STRATOS, or suggest that you are connected with us when you are not.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Sending an inquiry through the site does not create a partnership, employment, enrollment or any other agreement between you and STRATOS. Any brand growth engagement, partnership (such as the Advertiser Partner program), Sphere Academy enrollment or other service will be covered by separate terms that we agree with you in writing.

We may not be able to respond to every inquiry or accept every request. You are responsible for making sure the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

The site links to our product apps, which run as separate applications on their own web addresses:

• Stratos Core — our internal operations platform. Access is limited to authorized STRATOS staff, and any attempt to access it without authorization is prohibited.
• APOS (Advertiser Partner Operating System) — the platform our advertiser partners use to track ads, orders, true ROAS and earnings.
• Sphere Academy — the website of our training program for aspiring digital marketers.

Your use of each app is governed by that app’s own terms and policies and by any agreement you have with us, not by these Terms.

Descriptions of our products and programs on this site, including Sphere Academy outcomes such as certificates and team placement opportunities, explain what is offered. They are not a guarantee of any particular result, advertising performance, income or employment.

Unless we say otherwise, the content of the site, including its text, graphics and design, the STRATOS name and logo, and the names of our products, is owned by or licensed to STRATOS Digital Commerce Corp. It is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other laws.

You may view the site, share links to it and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, change, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

The site mentions platforms and tools made by other companies, including Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta Ads Manager, Pancake POS, J&T Express, GCash, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, Botcake, Chatfuel, ChatGPT, and Gemini. These names and marks belong to their owners. We mention them to describe the platforms we sell on and the tools we work with. It does not mean that those companies sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with STRATOS.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any promise that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors or harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or up to date.

Content on the site is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax, advertising or business advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, STRATOS and its directors, officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data, that arises from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any website linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, bad faith or gross negligence.

We may update the site or these Terms at any time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought before the proper courts of Imus City, Cavite, Philippines.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
